On Friday, November 25, 2016, at 4:57 pm, Idaho State Police investigated a fatality crash at 21360 US30 in Twin Falls County.

A minor female driver was driving a Polaris UTV in the parking lot of Clayton Homes. The UTV rolled onto its side ejecting the driver and a minor female passenger.

The driver was transported by ground ambulance to St. Luke's Magic Valley Regional Medical Center, in Twin Falls, where she succumbed to her injures. The passenger was not transported.

Neither the driver nor passenger was wearing seatbelts, helmets, or protective gear. Next of kin has been notified.
