INCIDENT NARRATIVE: Jesse Hewes was traveling westbound on SH6 at milepost 103.7. He failed to negotiate a corner at excessive speed, slid, left the roadway and impacted a rock ditchline. He then hit another ditchline and went airborne landing back in the highway. Alcohol was involved. Unknown if passengers were wearing seatbelts. Investigation continues.
