INCIDENT NARRATIVE:

Muir was west bound SH 8 @ mp 11.5 attempting to pass a vehicle, failed to negotiate the curve in the road and went off the south edge of the highway. Muir was ejected from the motorcycle and succumbed to his injuries on scene. Next of Kin have been notified. This crash is still under investigation by the Idaho State Police.
