INCIDENT NARRATIVE: Pevehouse was Westbound near milepost 58 when he lost control of his vehicle, crossed left of center and struck Thomas who was traveling in the Eastbound lane. Both vehicles spun into Crane who was Eastbound behind Thomas. Pevehouse was ejected and died at the scene. Alcohol is being investigated as a factor into the crash.
