INCIDENT NARRATIVE: Wilburn was traveling Eastbound US12 when he failed to maintain his lane. He crossed over the centerline across the Westbound lane and entered the Westbound ditch. Wilburn was ejected from the motorcycle and succumbed to his injuries. Next of kin has been notified.
