INCIDENT NARRATIVE: Bodnar was stopped on US2 in the westbound lane waiting to turn in to the driveway for Sater's Auction. Starr was also westbound on US2 and struck Bodnar from behind causing Bodnar to cross the eastbound lane of travel coming to rest in the ditch. Starr's vehicle remained on US 2, blocking the eastbound lane.
