INCIDENT NARRATIVE: Slinger was westbound on US2 near milepost 2.4 when he drove left of center and off the left shoulder. The vehicle traveled down an embankment impacting a tree with the front left portion of the vehicle. The vehicle then spun around and hit another tree. Next of kin has been notified.
