INCIDENT NARRATIVE: Nicholai was driving southbound on US95 at MP 356. He failed to negotiate a left hand curve driving off the shoulder over an embankment. The vehicle rolled and landed on its top. Nicholai was ejected from the vehicle. Alcohol involvement is suspected. Investigation continues. Next of kin have been notified.
