INCIDENT NARRATIVE: Garrettson was traveling Southbound US95@212.8 when he lost control of his vehicle and slid off the right side. His vehicle continued down a steep embankment where it overturned coming to a rest on its top. Garrettson was ejected from the vehicle and succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
