INCIDENT NARRATIVE:

Benjamin was headed West on Southwick road around milepost 8 when he failed to negotiate a right hand curve and lost control of the vehicle. He then crossed the center line and exited the road on the left hand shoulder. The vehicle rolled onto its top and the driver was deceased on arrival. Evidence suggests that seatbelts were not worn. Next of kin has been notified.
