INCIDENT NARRATIVE: Clark was taking photos on the side of the road of a brush fire. Clark backed into the westbound lanes of travel where he was struck by Schrader's vehicle. Clark succumbed to his injuries at the scene. Investigation continues by the Idaho State Police.
