INCIDENT NARRATIVE: Sanford and wife/passenger were traveling WB US12@151 when Sanford failed to negotiate a turn hitting a patch of gravel and lost control. The motorcycle went down and slid off the road hitting a large rock and flipped. The motorcycle landed on Sanford. Sanford was declared deceased at the scene. Next of kin has been notified. Both riders were wearing helmets.
