On July 12th at approximately 3pm John Davis, 58, of Pocatello was traveling on Hoot Owl Road on his 1998 Harley Davidson motorcycle, when he failed to negotiate a curve and slid off the road. Davis died at the scene due to injuries sustained in the crash. Davis was not wearing a helmet.
