On February 27th, 2021 at 08:40 am, the Idaho State Police responded to a vehicle versus pedestrian crash in the parking lot of Walmart, at 3050 E. Mullan Ave, Post Falls, Idaho. Jeremy S. Riggs, 49 YOA, of Post Falls, Idaho was southbound in the parking lot of Walmart when he made a left turn in front of the store, striking David L. Mallery, 73 YOA, of Post Falls, Idaho, who was exiting the store, walking northbound through the parking lot. Mallery succumbed to his injuries at the scene. Investigation is ongoing.
