INCIDENT INFORMATION: Tate was traveling Northbound Garfield Bay Cutoff Rd approximately .6 miles South of Sagle road when he failed to negotiate a right hand curve and drove off the roadway. Tates vehicle collided with a culvert in the ditch and Tate was ejected from the ATV. Investigation is pending by the Idaho State Police. Next of kin have been notified.
