Fatality Crash in Gooding County

The Idaho State Police is currently investigating a single vehicle fatality crash that occurred at approximately 6:30 p.m. on Saturday, October 11, 2014. A 1999 Ford Ranger was driving east on Interstate 84 when it blew a tire near milepost 137 in Gooding County. The male driver lost control and rolled several times into the median. A female passenger was ejected and died on scene. Neither occupant was wearing their seatbelts. The male was transported by ground ambulance to North Canyon Medical Center in Gooding. Emergency personal are still on scene with blockage to the east bound left lane.

Names are not being released until notifications have been made. This crash is under investigation by the Idaho State Police.
