On May 19th, 2018 at 11:10 am, the Idaho State Police investigated a fatality crash on SH57 at milepost 5.1, north of Priest River, Idaho. Judi K. Conrad, 76 years old, of Liberty Lake, Washington, was driving a maroon 2003 Toyota Tacoma northbound when she drove off the right shoulder. Conrad?s vehicle struck a power pole and then a tree. Her passenger, Robert H. Conrad, 81 years old, of Liberty Lake Washington, succumbed to his injuries at the scene. Judi Conrad was flown to Kootenai Medical Center. Both were wearing their seatbelts. Next of kin have been notified. The investigation is continuing.
