On November 25, 2019, at approximately 7:56 p.m., Idaho State Police investigated a fatality crash on SH55 near milepost 132.8, north of Donnelly, where it was snowing.

Kenneth C. Fourtner, 27, of Boise, was driving a 2004 Toyota Tacoma. Jennifer A. Sadhana, 59, of McCall, was driving a 2010 Mini Cooper. Fourtner was travelling northbound on SH55 and attempted to pass Sadhana on the snow covered road, drove off the east side of the roadway, and rolled.

Both drivers were transported by ground ambulance to St. Luke's McCall Medical Center. Fourtner was not wearing a seatbelt, was ejected from the vehicle, and succumbed to his injuries at the hospital. Sadhana was wearing a seatbelt. All lanes were blocked for approximately 20 minutes.

The crash is under investigation by Idaho State Police.
