INCIDENT NARRATIVE: Clift was northbound on SH41 at milepost 17.6 when she lost control on the snow covered highway. Clift spun into the southbound lane where she was struck by Daniel. Clift died at the scene. Daniel and juvenile passenger were transported by private vehicle to Kootenai Medical Center where they were treated and released. Investigation is ongoing.
