On May 6th, 2018, at approximately 8:40 P.M., the Idaho State Police investigated a single vehicle fatality crash on Old Hwy 191 at E 6000 S, south of Malad City.

Mark H Coppenger, 54, of Tremonton, UT, was driving southbound on Old Hwy 191 near the intersection of East 6000 South on a Harley Davidson motorcycle. Coppenger drove off the right shoulder and overturned the motorcycle. Coppenger succumbed to his injuries at the scene. Coppenger was not wearing a helmet.

Next of kin have been notified.

The crash is under investigation by the Idaho State Police.
