INCIDENT NARRATIVE:

Peterson was travelling southbound on State Highway 3 when he drove his vehicle off the right hand shoulder, over corrected and struck the left hand guard rail. The vehicle overturned and came to rest on the drivers side. Alcohol was involved and the driver was not wearing a seatbelt. Peterson was pronounced deceased at the scene. Next of kin has been notified.
