INCIDENT NARRATIVE: Mcintyre was traveling East Bound on US-12 near milepost 71.8 when he crossed the center line striking Chandler's vehicle head on. Mcintyre's vehicle then spun around and struck Nelson's vehicle. Chandler and Nelson's vehicles then went off the embankment of the East Bound side of the road. Next of kin has been notified. Road was blocked for approximately five hours.
