INCIDENT NARRATIVE: Bartlett was westbound on US2 at milepost 21 when he lost control of his vehicle on the snow covered roadway. Bartlett crossed left of center and struck Slover head on. All subjects were initially transported to Bonner General. Bartlett and Welker were transferred to Kootenai Health where Bartlett succumbed to his injuries.
