Idaho State Police is investigating a single vehicle fatality crash that occurred Tuesday, October 3, 2023, at 6:24 a.m., on US30 at milepost 373, near Lava Hot Springs.

A white Ford F150, driven by a 58- year-old male from Bancroft was traveling westbound on US30 at 373. A 34-year-old male was in the lane of travel and was struck by the Ford F150. The male in the roadway succumbed to his injures at the scene of the crash.

The driver of the Ford was wearing a seatbelt.

The crash is under investigation at this time.
