INCIDENT NARRATIVE: Moody was Northbound near milepost 460 when he drifted off the roadway onto the right shoulder causing his tractor and trailer to overturn. As a result of the crash, 500 gallons of Ammonium Nitrate (liquid fertilizer)leaked from the trailer. The highway was closed as a result for the scene to become safe and secure. The road is now re-opened after being closed for 7 hours.
