On Friday, April 27, 2018, at approximately 2:30 pm, Idaho State Police investigated a two vehicle, property damage crash, southbound Interstate 15 near milepost 117, south of the Broadway Street exit.

Michael Fuson, 68, of Riverside, CA, was driving a 2006 Ford F-150 northbound in the southbound lanes of travel from exit 116 (Sunnyside Road). Fuson collided with a 2015 Kia Optima driven by Kent Hughes, 67, of Sugar City.

Southbound traffic was limited to one lane of travel for approximately an hour and a half. All occupants were wearing seatbelts. Only minor injuries were reported. No one was transported. This crash is under investigation by the Idaho State Police.
