On Monday, October 22, 2012, at approximately 5:20 p.m., Idaho State Police investigated a hit and run crash on Yellowstone Ave / US91, in front of Toads Store in Pocatello, ID.
Julian Rascon, 26, of Pocatello, was traveling north on US91 in a silver 2007 Toyota Prius. Loreen Bear, 32, of Pocatello, was traveling south on US91 in a black 2008 Hyundai Sonata, attempting to make a left hand turn into the parking lot of Toads Store.
