We have a program in which we identify anticipated promotional opportunities. ISP then makes plans to provide our current staff with the education, training and experience needed to qualify for these new jobs and to succeed in these when they become available.
Every year we review and update an employee development plan where employees work with their supervisors to correct skill gaps, develop new skills and/or chart a course to prepare for career advancement. We jointly identify career objectives and schedule training and assessments which fulfill the plan.
