On April 13th, 2022 the Idaho State Police assisted Idaho County Sheriff's Office with a crash involving a school bus full of children and a gray Jeep Cherokee at the intersection of Cottonwood Butte Rd and Greencreek Road near Cottonwood. The passenger of the Jeep Cherokee was transported for injuries. There were no reported injuries to the children on the school bus. Idaho County Sheriff's Office is investigating the crash, if there are any further questions or any witnesses to the crash contact the Sheriff's Office at (208) 983-1100.
