On March 23,2013 at approximately 10:16 am, the Idaho State Police conducted a traffic stop on I15 at milepost 14, near Malad. Brock Boyington, 19 of Liberty, UT was arrested for trafficking marijuana. Approximately 1.5 pounds of marijuana, with a street value of $2500.00 was seized. Boyington is incarcerated at Oneida County Sheriff's Office.
