On Sunday, December 22, 2013, at approximately 11:10 pm, Idaho State Police conducted a traffic stop on Interstate 86 near milepost 52, in Power County, Idaho, west of Chubbuck. Pursuant to the traffic stop, 11.0 pounds of suspected marijuana was found and seized. The vehicle was traveling east on I-86 and was stopped for a traffic violation. The driver was a 20-year-old male from Auburn, California, and the passenger was identified as 29-year-old Sean Gray, from Rocklin, California.* Gray was incarcerated in the Power County Jail, where he is being charged with trafficking a controlled substance and felony possession of marijuana. The driver was charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana and paraphernalia.
