On September 3, 2014, the Idaho State Police investigated allegations of the sexual battery of a minor. On September 4, 2014, the Idaho State Police arrested Bradley D. Spencer, age 56, of Middleton at his place of business. As part of the investigation, Idaho State Police investigators are examining the possibility of additional victims. If anyone has information regarding this case or other potential victims of Spencer, please contact the Idaho State Police at (208) 846-7550.
