On May 18th, 2018 at 9:10 pm the Idaho State Police investigated a crash at the intersection of E 16th Avenue and N Quail Run Boulevard in Post Falls. Tristan C Bach, 22 of Coeur d'Alene, was riding his skateboard east on 16th Avenue when he was struck by an eastbound purple 2009 Toyota Scion driven by a juvenile male driver. Bach was transported to Kootenai Health. The investigation is ongoing.
