INCIDENT NARRATIVE: Northbound traffic was stopped for a vehicle waiting to turn westbound into a driveway. Yankey was northbound and following too closely to the vehicle in front of him. Yankey lost control of his motorcycle and rear ended Austin's vehicle as it slowed for the stopped traffic.
