INCIDENT NARRATIVE: Marchenko was southbound on US95 coming down the Lewiston hill when he lost control of the Freightliner Tractor. Marchenko continued to steer the tractor down the hill and eastbound on US12, taking the SH128 exit. Marchenko kept going straight onto old North/South Highway, into the intersection of 4th avenue north and 20th street north when the tractor and trailer then overturned and struck a building, coming to rest on its top.
