INCIDENT INFORMATION: Kootenai County Deputy was traveling SB on Government Way enroute to an agency assist when Matinez who was traveling WB on Appleway entered the intersection colliding with the deputy's vehicle. The deputy's vehicle lights and sirens were activated at the time of the crash. Impairment was a factor in the crash on the part of Martinez.
