INCIDENT NARRATIVE: The juvenile female was traveling east on I-90 when she attempted to pass Boldt and lost control of her vehicle on snow covered slick roadways. The juvenile's vehicle spun out of control and was then struck by Boldt's vehicle. The road was partially blocked for three hours. The investigation is continuing.
