INCIDENT NARRATIVE: Deleon was travelling eastbound on I90 near milepost 9 when he impacted head-on with Daily who was travelling, the wrong direction, westbound in the eastbound lanes of travel. I90 was blocked and traffic was diverted for 3.5 hours. The crash is still under investigation.
