INCIDENT NARRATIVE: Dalton was traveling east on US12 near MP 37.9 when she drifted off of the right shoulder, hit the embankment and overturned her vehicle. Both driver and passenger were transported. Both lanes were intermittently blocked for an hour and a half. The investigation is continuing.
