NARRATIVE: Bolon was travelling eastbound on US Highway 12 in her Dodge Stratus. As Bolon negotiated the curve just east of Harpers Bend, her vehicle began to tremble. The front driver side tire then fell off. Bolon then drove off of the roadway and into the ditch.
