INCIDENT NARRATIVE: Slickpoo was driving eastbound when he lost control of the vehicle for unknown reasons. He crossed over into the westbound lanes where he hit and went over the Jersey barrier. He then impacted on the bank of the river and ended up in the river. He was found outside of his vehicle but it is unknown if he was ejected. Alcohol is not suspected at this time. The accident is still under investigation.
