INCIDENT NARRATIVE: Nsengamungu was travelling EB on US12 @151 when he failed to negotiate a left hand curve. The truck and trailer overturned, rolling into the river. The trailer spilled its cargo(rolls of paper) and both fuel tanks were ruptured. Approximately 150 gallons of diesel spilled into the river.
