On Saturday, September 5, 2015, at approximately 2:48 P.M., Idaho State Police investigated a single vehicle injury crash on Interstate 84 near milepost 269, in Oneida County.

Kaleb Mcguire, 25, of Roy, UT, was driving westbound on I84 in a 2013 Mazda 2. Mcguire left the road way into the median and struck a tree, overturning the vehicle.

Mcguire was transported by ground ambulance to Bear River Valley Hospital in Tremonton, UT.

Mcguire was not wearing a seat belt.
