INCIDENT NARRATIVE: Louis was driving Eastbound in the Westbound lanes of Interstate 90 near the state line with Washington. He collided with Henke head-on near milepost 1. Louis' vehicle then rotated and side-swiped Sexton's semi. Investigation is continuing. The Westbound lanes of I-90 were blocked for 4 1/2 hours.
