INCIDENT INFORMATION: Brown was traveling eastbound on I90 at milepost 57 when he failed to negotiate a right curve. He drove into the median, over a metal guardrail and vaulted over 3rd Avenue in Osburn. The vehicle then overturned and came to rest below the interstate. Brown was later arrested for aggravated DUI, possession of Meth, trafficking Heroin and drug paraphernalia.
