On Thursday, October 13, 2016, at 7:21 a.m., Idaho State Police investigated a one vehicle crash on E Judicial St near Maple St, in Blackfoot.

James McGrane, 36, of Blackfoot, was driving a 2014 Ram 3500 eastbound on Judicial St when he drove off the road and struck a telephone pole. McGrane was wearing a seatbelt and was transported by ground ambulance to Bingham Memorial in Blackfoot.

Both lanes of Judicial St were blocked for approximately 5 hours.
