On Saturday August 01, 2015, at 12:22 p.m., the Idaho State Police investigated a one-vehicle rollover with injuries on Interstate 84 in Cassia County.

Nicholas A. Osborne, 38,of Everett, Washington, was driving a 1999 Dodge Durango eastbound on Interstate 84 when a tire blew near mile post 260. Osborne lost control and swerved into a guard rail and rolled, blocking both lanes.

A passenger, Tanya M. Osborne, 39,of Everett, Washington was transported by air ambulance to Portneuf Medical Center in Pocatello. The other occupants of the Durango were taken by ground ambulance to Cassia Regional Medical Center in Burley. Everyone was wearing seatbelts.

Eastbound Interstate 84 lanes were both blocked for approximately 3 hours. This crash is under investigation by the Idaho State Police.
