INCIDENT NARRATIVE: Donald Fields was attempting to backup out of a driveway to allow his wife, Michelle Fields, to get into the vehicle. Donald didn't know she was behind the vehicle and he struck her. With assistance of the neighbors they were able to jack the vehicle up to release Michelle.
