INCIDENT NARRATIVE: Gibbs was Northbound on SH3@11.6 driving erratically when she went left of center and struck a power pole on the west side of the roadway. Gibbs vehicle spun around 180 degrees. As a result of the down power pole there was brush fire on the hillside.
