INCIDENT NARRATIVE: Watson, driving a 1981 Pontiac Bonneville, was stopped southbound on US 95 to turn east onto Heath Lake Road when he was rear ended by a white, 1991 Buick Century, driven by Luke Ringhand. Ringhand was transported to Bonner General Hospital by ambulance. Ringhand's passenger, Caleb Ringhand, was transported to Bonner General Hospital by private vehicle. All subjects were wearing seatbelts. Ringhand was cited for inattentive driving.
